We maintain all manufacturers’ equipment such as Falcon, Parry, Lincat and Blue Seal and can obtain most spares overnight.

We also install Gas Solenoid Valves for the rapid shut down of all catering equipment, in the event of an emergency, in conjunction with Emergency Button on the exit route from the Kitchen, operated by the staff. This solenoid can also be linked into a Kitchen extract hood electrical supply, which can be used to hold off the supply of gas to catering equipment, until the extract fan is proved to be running. This is a requirement in all new Kitchens.
